At Crankshooter, we stand behind the quality of our lacrosse gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the box and drop it off at the nearest shipping facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
